In 2020, we announced the introduction of Rainbow Office powered by RingCentral*, a co-branded Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) solution including voice traffic.
In March 1st, 2023, following the evolution of our partnership with RingCentral, we are transitioning from selling Rainbow Office to reselling RingCentral branded solutions.
This transition will enable ALE customers to benefit from the full RingCentral MVP® portfolio of features such as Meeting Closed Caption, Meeting Transcript, or White Board, in addition to quicker access to the latest enhancements.
RingCentral MVP® (Message, Video, Phone) with embedded traffic will complement our cloud portfolio, including Rainbow Hybrid, Hub, Edge and CPaaS. This enables Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise to offer one of the richest cloud communications portfolios in the industry.
The support section of the Rainbow Office website will remain accessible for customers to benefit from the Search Knowledge Center, check service status, and allow for service ticket creation.
